· Activity Bins: are located in the community room on the left. Please Sign out the entire bin and return it before the end of your shift on that day.
· Art Room: Art activities have not been planned. Many materials have been organized under the dry erase board. Remember the art room is a creative space, tap into your genius and begin designing. If you plan an activity and need additional supplies, please fie us a few days notice and we will do our best to get to AC MOORE.
· Books: Read Aloud Books and chapter books are available. Please ask Melissa, Ines, or Marybeth which bins are for the taking. Next week, we will begin to set books out according to the theme of the week. Please remember to sign them in and out.
· Payroll: Timesheets must be left in the timesheet folder at the sign-in desk at all times. Please update your timesheet at the end of each shift! First payroll will be due Tuesday July, 6th for the date range of June 21st-July 6th. For any questions or concerns see: Margo, Vicki, or Beth.
· Vans: Dismissal begins around 4 pm and children will be called via Nextel as their driver arrives. Please be sure your Nextel’s are working and van students have been identified. If there is a question about a student, please send them down to the office before 4:00 so we may make appropriate contact to determine pickup.
